A rally can be a small recreational pattern you want to return to. You will select a manageable object, define an allowed catch or bounce, and notice control and enjoyment without turning the longest rally into a grade.

Includes one printed student workbook and its matching printed parent and assessment guide at no additional charge. Plan three sessions per week for three weeks, with flexible breaks and adapted movement or response options. An adult approves the setup, selects suitable options, and supervises. Household materials are used; no team is required.
