A composition is a set of deliberate choices. You will build familiar movement phrases, arrange them in an original structure, and revise a transition using observation. A private demonstration or accessible explanation can communicate your ideas while actual movement evidence stays distinct.

Plan three sessions per week for three weeks, with flexible breaks and adapted movement or response options. An adult approves the setup, selects suitable options, and supervises. Household materials are used; no team is required.
