What is included in sets?
Our sets include all units of a particular series and the corresponding scorekey.
Why do we have to Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery?
Our products are created when they are ordered and therefore require time for printing and shipping. This is especially true in July, August and September.
What CANNOT be returned?
Our products are created when they are ordered and therefore are not returnable.
What CAN be returned?
Only items that were shipped in error or damaged or contain manufacturing defects can be returned. There is a Ten (10) day return limit from date of original delivery.
HOW do customers return items?
All returned items must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This may be obtained from our warehouse. Information supplied on our shipping labels & packing lists. Please email information@starlinepress.com for information on returns.
