The three-in-One Teacher In-Service Responsibility Training is a three part training unit that covers bloodborne pathogens, drug free workplace and sexual harassment in one compact unit that includes a comprehensive test at the end to verify understanding. The section on bloodborne pathogens is designed to provide a basic understanding of bloodborne pathogens, common modes of their transmission, methods of prevention, and other pertinent information. The section on drug free workplaces provides the learner with useful information on how to recognize the signs of drug misuse at their place of work and how to takes steps to prevent its increase. The section on sexual harassment explains that Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination based on sex and can occur in many forms and under many different circumstances. This training helps to avoid a hostile work environment. This program allows the learner to complete the unit at their own pace, with a quiz at the each section and a test at the end. A tear out certification of completion is also included for the employee file.
